What are the opening hours and rates of Santa's Hamlet?

Where to get tickets?
Tickets are on sale at the entrance to the site upon arrival only.
You can also get gift vouchers by contacting us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone '33(0)4 50 32 73 64. Be careful the good gifts do not give access to a particular entrance, in case of high traffic, they do not avoid the waiting line.
What are the methods of settlement?
The accepted payment methods are: Cash, cheques, holiday vouchers and CB card (excluding American Express). It is also possible to exchange Swiss francs at the entrance.
Where can I eat?
The Hamlet of Santa Claus offers a pancake shop with sweet pancakes all day, and ham and cheese between noon and two o'clock.
A few minutes away you will find a restaurant La raclette du Santa Claus by reservation (07 60 42 03 78) open only on Saturday and Sunday from 16 Nov. Finally you will find a list of restaurants close to and friends of Santa Claus in the tab "prepare your visit"
The picnic is not allowed.
When can I meet the characters?
All are present every opening day. Only Santa will be asleep in his room when you cross it from December1 to December 23, in order to better prepare gifts at night. More info in the "don't miss appointments" section
What hours are mother's tales?
About every 30-45 minutes, and on the weekends of December, there will be two, in two different spaces.
Can I come with an animal?
No animals are not allowed on the site
Can I come with the stroller?
Due to the crowds and obvious safety concerns, strollers are not allowed indoors. You have a shelter at the entrance to the site (unsupervised), and we recommend baby carriers.
When is the best time to visit?
In order to avoid the heavy crowds, we strongly advise you to prefer a visit as soon as the holidays of Toussaint and on the first fortnight of November. Starting November 20 and on December, don't hesitate to come on weekdays, or on weekends, when opening at 9am, between noon and 2pm or at the end of the day (from 5pm) when the site lights up
Where can I park?
On arrival, several car parks are available. Volunteers from the association will welcome you and guide you, please take their request for your parking into consideration.
How long does it take to visit the Hamlet?
During periods of classical traffic, the average visit time is 1:30 to 2 hours. Estimated longer in case of high traffic.
What time can I get home?
Entries are accepted up to 30 minutes before closing time. But remember, it takes a long time for MINIMUM to go around
Can I come with my children's Santa Letters?
Of course, you can put them in the mailbox of the Character of your choice in the garden. All letters and drawings deposited are looked at and read by Santa Claus and his volunteer elves. If you would like a reply from Santa, you will need to ask for a letter on the spot at 3 if you live in France and 3.50 euros abroad. This cost takes into account, the mail that is delivered to you on the spot to be filled, but also the letter (format A2) personalized with the first name of the child, the envelope with manually written address, the stamp ...
What is the rate for a person with reduced mobility?
Normal rate depending on the day of the visit, it is the attendant who will benefit from the free on presentation of the PMR card.
